    Do not waste your time. This seller is using an Amazon Prime account to purchase items and then drop ship to you. They shipped the wrong dog harness from Amazon, I returned it to Amazon, which is valid, and this seller refusses to return the difference of $18.13 back to me. Avoid this seller, use your own Amazon account. I have reported this seller to eBay for poor business practices and for refusing to refund the difference of the Amazon shipment back to me.
