    I've never had to leave negative feedback until now. I'm really confused as to why I even have to because I made a best offer and the seller accepted almost immediately. Then a week went by and the seller never shipped the card. Then the seller never responded to any of the messages asking if it was shipped. Had to get eBay involved to get a refund. Seller continued to make sales after my order and received positive feedback for them. Why accept the best offer for this run around?
