38 days after paying for my item I have recieved nothing other than petulant replies when complaining about poor service, completely the wrong item delivered and communication. Apparently I am rude for making a complaint, I always thought that if you take money for an item you actually have it to sell, maybe I'm wrong but the if you don't does that not break the rules of ebay trading?
