    Terrible seller! Rude, dismissive, sent dry-rotted item, lied about return policy. Completely unconcerned about buyer satisfaction... just about keeping money for unusable garbage. Insisted I take the time to return a rotted item then denied the return so obvoiusly has ZERO intention to make it right. Make sure you carefully examine purchases immediately because after 30 days this seller will use ANY excuse to keep your money and WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

    Buyer started by threatening this negative feedback if I did not give him a refund and let him keep the item without him even having to open a return. He never mentioned he received the item almost 60 days ago. I have not been rude, I have simply asked why he would not just return the item under my very clear and generous free 30 day returns for any reason policy. He avoided answering that simple question. Buyer is at best exaggerating, they had plenty of time to return the item for ANY reason.
