  I received the wrong size and different tone of color and explained to the seller in detail why a return wouldn't help in my particular case (I will be out for 4 or 5 weeks) The seller simply refused to help me with a refund. I lost my money.

  Hi there! Again I apologize for the error in size. I offered to send you a return label to a receive a full refund upon receiving back the incorrect item. You wanted a refund but did not want to return the item. Then threaten a negative review if I did not refund with out receiving the item back. Its unfortunte we could not come to an agreement. The return offer still stands as this was a error on my part.
