Hello, I'm Rio. I started out as a Big & Tall Consignment shop but always ran into deals for Men & Women in ALL sizes.

    Hello, I'm sorry you feel they were poorly packaged. I normally use a zip lock back or dust free back to protect the product from water or rain, or anything that may damage the item in transit. The bags also keeps odors from affecting the product as well. We try our best to provide all customers with A-1 Service and we apologize you felt this was done poorly.
