Flanges are not level, but for the money you can make them work. For perfect fitment I'd recommend getting the flanges machined down flat or put them on a belt sander if you have access to one. After paying for all that you could have probably purchased one a little more quality. Worst case, use 2 gaskets and some copper rtv. Appearance is nice. Condition seems ok if the welds hold up.
