  Order placed on 4th September with a projected delivery date of between 6th and10th of the month. According to the on-line feedback , the order had been packed and dispatched on the same day. However, the tracking information suggested it had not been dispatched, and a further email referred to a delay. The order arrived , yesterday, some 10/12 days after the estimated delivery date - hence the neutral feedback.

  apologies for late delivery but I can assure you that I dispatch your order same day as there are few to handle. we, the seller, have to choose any of courier to ship order but unfortunately we received unto-wanted feedbacks which impact us lot but nothing to couriers. Hope you understand and review your feedback. Thanks

  Good afternoon dear customer, I can understand your frustration caused by late delivery. Please let me explain lit bit, I used EVRI then customers said their service is awful then I changed with RoyalMail, their service was also not appreciated by most of the customers, then even some customers suggested me to go with Yodel and I did so, but some are still facing similar experience and their services are still not up to the mark. I posted on time carefully please review your feedback thnx
