    Seller can't count inventory. Cancelled order instead of offering partial refund for the inventory not in stock. Then harrassed on other feedback left for the other items they also cancelled in the same order. Do not buy from these guys. They can't count, can't do partial refunds (though Ebay most certainly allows it), and can't take factual criticism in feedbacks. Just avoid them all together.

    1. There is a transaction risk in partially refunding orders that have not been shipped. 2. For negative reviews, eBay provides a request for modification function, and sellers can issue a modification request. It complies with eBay transaction rules. 3. Both buyers and sellers should avoid or reject potential transaction risks. 4. Buying from other sellers also requires submitting a new order. What is the difference between this and our suggestion to submit a new order?

    Seller miscounted stock and had more listed then available... Instead of doing a partial refund, they cancelled the order completely. Don t trust this seller or their inventory. Seller then harassed for feedback update. Ebay does allow partial refunds but seller is unwilling to. Will cancel order instead of contacting and doing partial refund. Seller did refund fully, but I also have to replace order and hope their stock is correct now. Easier to just buy from others.

We have negotiated with the buyer before canceling the order and suggest the buyer to submit a new order. 3. The order has been fully refunded. 4.
