  It arrived on time and the item is what I ordered. I would have given it 5 stars if it was packed better. It was unwrapped and mailed in a padded mailer. It works, which is the main thing, but I would have preferred an unopened sealed package as shown in the advertised photo so I'd know for certain it wasn't a used product since it was sold as new.

  In response to the seller s request, I ll revise what I originally wrote. The buckles definitely arrived beat up and the package was cut open at the top. But I believe the seller when he/she suggests it was not at all the seller s fault and that he/she tries hard to do what he/she can to get items to customers in good condition. Since I was able to eventually open up the buckles and they were usable, I didn t want to ask for a refund. But the state of USPS is shocking and sad.
