  I am based in the EU (France), and unfortunately the parcel was held at customs, which delayed delivery beyond the time I could make use of it. That said, I’m very grateful to the AB-Tools team, who were extremely responsive, understanding, and helpful, and promptly offered me a full refund. I would definitely buy from AB-Tools again with full confidence - just keeping in mind that customs may add some extra time to the delivery process.

  Excellent communication with seller. Unfortunately the item was damaged in transit but the seller very quickly responded to my message regarding this and a new item was posted very quickly. This arrived very promptly very well wrapped and protected ( as the first parcel had been also) and is an excellent, good quality item.
