    FAILED to send product. Claimed I should pay more to get ring to US, then when I offered to pay the extra fee, they said they could not send the invoice, claiming they could not. 925silvercrowninc did in fact refund me fully, but it was not what i requested, not what I asked for, and now, i do not have the ring. For now quite disappointing. Sad, I have ordered products from all over, and this is the only company who failed to deliver. One more positive, their communication was prompt.
