    Love the bag. Only issue was it was described as new but should have been described as new with tags but defective. One of the front pockets/zippers will not open so that pocket it is unusable. The rest of the bag was fine. Disappointed but decided to keep it.

    Thank you for the feedback. Can you please let me know which pocket doesn't work?Is it one of the front lower ones because there is a double pocket area in the front . The very front pocket is a removable embroidery piece and not really a pocket. We typically check all pockets prior to shipping so my apologies if one is broken. If you should decide you would like to return it I most certainly will take it back. Please message me if you have any questions. Thank you .
