  Made shipping label several days after I paid and thay never sent item. Very very poor comunication. They finaly admited that it could not be found. It took many days and many emails asking for a refund. "Extremely" slow responce. I have been buying and selling on ebay ovet 20 years and this was the worst experience I had. No customer service at all. I would never treat my customers this way!!

  Please be mindful with spending your money with these people. I haven’t been requesting a return label from this seller for the past 4 days. Instead of sending me the return label seller send me a message saying I will lose money if I send the item back, mind you I didn’t use the item. It was ordered by mistake and I need to return it and they will not send me a return label. Please don’t shop here expecting to get your money back.

  We do not welcome such business, Customer opened the product and do not want it, then request full refund, we only issue full refund due to our mistake or product issue. Please shop with big retail store. Once again, full refund only be issued for defective units or wrong items sent.
