    Item was placed in a box and shipped without any protection. I'm not picky or a perfectionist. I would have appreciated some newspaper or bubble wrap or something. Instead the item was free to bounce around in the box freely during handling. One of the window guards was broken off, presumably from the lack of protection. I'm leaving neutral feedback instead of negative because I'm just going to glue that piece back on.
