    Yep, I messed this one up, the listing was below my quality standards. Occasionally, I'll be a dumb dumb and make a mistake, but when I do, I try my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In this case, I immediately offered a return (at my cost) and refund to the buyer which the buyer ignored.
