Make Feedback Public or PrivateYour Feedback Profile is a valuable asset that helps you earn the trust of other eBay members. If you keep your Feedback Profile public, you'll increase the chance other members will trade with you. Most members want to see a member's Feedback Profile before they trade with them. If you choose to make your Feedback Profile private, your Feedback comments will be hidden from other members. (They will still be able to see the number of positive, neutral and negative Feedback you've received). Important: If you have a private Feedback Profile, you will not be able to sell items on eBay. eBay strongly encourages members to keep their Feedback Profiles public so that everyone can benefit from Feedback other eBay members have left.
