An alien technological virus, the Phalanx, has invaded Earth, cloning everything in its path and assimilating it into one entity. But who can even attempt to try and contain such a seemingly invincible enemy? The X-Men, of course!<br><br>In X-Men 2: Clone Wars, take control of one of six different X-Men as you battle through seven stages of X-citing action. After the game's third level, the X-Men's chief nemesis Magneto's space station Avalon, you can even take control of the Master of Magnetism as you try to stop the seemingly unstoppable force that is the Phalanx.<br><br>Each X-Man has his or her own special attacks, very faithful to the comic on which the game is based. Cyclops has optic blasts; Gambit throws kinetically charged cards as he wields his staff; Nightcrawler can teleport from one side of the screen to the other; Psylocke wields her katana blades, using her psychic knife when appropriate; Wolverine slices through anything that gets in his way with his adamantium claws, his healing factor kicking in when his health gets low; and Magneto can defy gravity as he shoots magnetic bolts at those foolish enough to confront him. <br><br>So it's time to shoot those optic blasts.
