The Vow is a romantic comedy DVD that tells the story of Leo (played by Channing Tatum) and Paige (played by Rachel McAdams), a newlywed couple who have their whole life ahead of them. However, the romantic comedy takes a dramatic turn, as Paige is involved in a car accident that places her in a life-threatening coma. When Paige finally awakens from her coma, she has lost her memory of the last five years, including her marriage to Leo and the deep love that they have shared for each other. The plot of the Vow thickens as Paige moves back with her parents, who were distant from her, and she attempts to discover the reasons why. Paige also meets her ex boyfriend and she tries to remember what it was that broke them up. Throughout all of this drama, Leo must start all over in an attempt to win her heart again in the face of her family that doesn’t approve of Leo. The DVD version of the Vow includes special features not included in the original movie.
