Filmed live in the beautiful seaside town of Santa Barbara, the British duo Tears for Fears perform a relaxed yet emotional concert of 16 songs. Performed in 1989, the two musicians do compelling renditions of several of their own hits, including "Shout," "Head Over Heels," "Sowing the Seeds of Love," and "Everybody Wants to Rule the World," and some covers, including the Beatles' "All You Need is Love" and guest performer Oleta Adam's "I've Got to Sing My Song."
