The Transformers Go! series was a line of Transformers action figures only available in Japan. This line included new samurai versions of characters like Optimus Prime, and recolors of existing characters. Budora is one such recolor. This figure is a repaint of Grimwing, originally released in the Transformers Prime: Beast Hunters series in the United States. The toy is categorized as a Voyager Class Transformer due to both his weight and his size. His dimensions are 9 inches by 3.5 inches by 10 inches. He has a larger mass than your average Transformers action figure. The recommended age is 15 and over. In robot mode, Budora has a striking magenta, gold, and black color scheme. This toy has a unique head sculpt created just for this figure. The face features an incredible array of detail. The character has features such as a mouth, nose, and cheekbones, which is a rarity for most Transformers figures. The toy also features a set of red eyes in a permanent scowl. These eyes feature light piping so that they glow when light directly hits the head. The toy features several aesthetic changes to the original figure, such as his Predacon symbol being in a different location. Even though they share the same mold, it's difficult to tell when you place the two figures next to each other. This toy features 26 points of articulation in robot mode. He has over five points of articulation in each arm and leg, letting him pull off any action pose. His wrists move in all directions, allowing him to hold his weapons realistically. He even includes thumb articulation. His wings are on hinges, so you can position them out of the way when placing this figure in a pose. The toy uses high-quality plastic on every inch of the figure. The strong plastic means that the joints on the figure won't become loose after regular play. No matter what pose you leave him in, his joints will remain tight. This high-quality plastic also makes the figure resistant to damage. If he happens to fall off your shelf, you can rest assured that this figure will remain in one piece. This figure features a 14-step transformation process that is straightforward for children and adults alike. In his alternate form, this figure takes on the shape of a giant, winged beast. This mythological creature features working wings and an articulated jaw. The toy comes with two weapons that he can use in either mode. The first weapon is a missile launcher that shoots a missile at over five feet. The second is the missile itself, which the character can hold as a club. He can hold these weapons in his hands, and the weapons can attach to any of the 5mm pegs on the figure. This figure features five attachment points in total.
