Sharp's CD-C600 doesn't offer the indulgences of a high-end mini-system, but it does feature a three-disc CD changer, a dual-well auto-reverse cassette deck, and an AM/FM tuner with 30-station preset memory. This model is entry-level, and with that in mind, you can't expect great sound -- despite Sharp's promotion of the speakers as being "full-range." However, for background listening, this system may well be a great buy. This system also features X-bass bass-boost circuitry, rear outputs for connecting the system to other audio gear, and a remote for control of your system from afar. It also has rear-speaker outputs.
