Both concerts that comprise this release feature Britain's most charismatic gadfly at the top of his form, fronting Pulp before enormous audiences in his native country. A live show at the Brixton Academy in 1995 features songs from the Mercury-Award winning album DIFFERENT CLASS, which marked the band's breakthrough with the smash hit "Common People." The second show, held at North London's Finsbury Park, features a set of 15 songs that includes highlights from the follow-up album, such as the titular song "This Is Hardcore," and tracks such as "Do You Remember The First Time?" "Glory Days," and "Sorted For E's & Wizz."
