The home video version of the WNET documentary about Simon and his "Born at the Right Time" tour (in support of The Rhythm of the Saints.) It's a decent documentary, delving into the past history (with comments from Art Garfunkel) and giving a long nod to local events during the unnerving South African leg of the tour. A lot of Simon's music is presented; unfortunately, it's often presented incomplete. Still, an interesting and often enjoyable piece. ~ Steven McDonald
