Featuring over 20 playable characters from the "One Piece" manga and anime series, all of your favorite characters are here, including Luffy, Zoro, and Nami. Thanks to the powerful PlayStation 4 hardware, the game can display up to 50 enemies on the screen at one time with battles comprised of over 1,000 total soldiers to plow through. The gameplay follows the events of the anime and manga closely with numerous cut scenes detailing the story between stages and even sometimes in the middle of a battle. If you have seen every episode of the show, you will be happy to know the game features an original ending written specifically for this version."One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3" brings more characters over to the PS4. The PS3 "One Piece" games featured all of your favorites for sure, but the developer has added even more for the PlayStation 4 game. Some pirates also feature additional transformations they did not have before. Some pirates from the Straw Hat crew, such as Tony Tony Chopper, can even alter themselves into monsters. Omega Force added a new strategic dimension, which means you will experience a completely new challenge when you play. Since pirate ships have sailed to the New World by this point in the story, this PlayStation game actually features the Kingdom of Dressrosa. Affiliates from the new area like the Donquixote soldiers show up. Many NPCs from Oda's "One Piece" are featured as opponents in the game.A new mode was also added to "One Piece: Pirate Warriors," which should give you plenty to do after you finished the main plot. As you progress through the plot, you'll unlock the Dream Log mode. This gives you the chance to go back and challenge yourself in areas you previously cleared. If you beat the whole game again in Dream Log, then you can unlock the special Nightmare Log for an even tougher challenge.The plot is a major part of the "One Piece" saga, and "One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3" is no exception to this rule. Movie segment cut scenes play between each level, and these all feature English voice acting.
