Ghastly ghoul and fiendish vampire Nosferatu has taken Kyle's girlfriend prisoner in his haunted mansion. To save the woman he loves, martial arts expert Kyle must fight his way through hundreds of obstacles and creatures such as werewolves, beholder eyes, stone golems, and gargoyles. Eventually he must face the blood-sucking fiend himself, Nosferatu. This game has six master stages, composed of 14 sub-levels. Each level contains hidden rooms, treasures, and secrets. Kyle has no weapons, but he can walk, run, jump, slide, hang, kick, and punch. His martial arts maneuvers include flying reverse kicks, roundhouse kicks, and spinning back fists.
