It comes enhanced with Extensive Security features which include Multiple BSSID, WiFi Protected Access (WPA/WPA2), 802.11i, WPA2 data encryption when using WDS bridging and much more. Delivering highly extensive SNMP functionality for advanced network management, it also saves battery power when using wireless multi-mode power save (WMM-PS) and deploys over large areas with Wireless Distribution System (WDS). The NETGEAR PROSAFE 802.11G WLS AP also allows flexible AP placement, eliminates extra power cables and allows high-gain accessory antennas for much greater coverage.
