The story revolves around professor Tatsuo Kasukabe's two children, Mei and Satsuki, who move near a hospital where Yasuko, their mother, is convalescing after a long bout with an illness. They embark on a series of adventures with a forest spirit named King Totoro, who manifests in the form of a giant rabbit. The Fox Video version of the movie features voice actresses Lisa Michelson and Cheryl Chase as Satsuki and Mei, respectively, with 'Robotech' creator Carl Macek as the Catbus, a cat-shaped bus that carries the main characters to the hospital to see their mother.Product Identifiers
