This high speed 16950 Serial PCI Card uses a 16 Byte buffer simultaneously in both transmit and receive channels, reducing the number of CPU interrupts while improving system performance. The card lets you connect up to 8 RS-232 serial devices to the host computer, and can be installed in either a 3.3V or 5V PCI/PCI-X slot.
