Gamers can enjoy improved graphics, more character customization, and a much larger hub city in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Players can customize their character and then fight around the expansive Conton City, eventually unlocking parts of the map in which they can fly or ride a hover board. Set two years after the previous installment, the Story mode once again finds gamers traveling through time to protect the past and the future of the Dragon Ball universe, while more than 130 Parallel Quests let players take part in alternate versions of key events from the Dragon Ball mythology. Other modes include Endless battles, stat-free No-Level matches, fights against giant bosses, and World Tournaments, and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 can host as many as 300 online players at the same time. Gamers can work on their skills in the Training School mode, and the world also offers a variety of mini-games, some of which are exclusive to one of the game's five playable races. Players can import their characters from the first Dragon Ball Xenoverse, and the game is scheduled to offer updates and support for more than a year after release. This Day One edition includes the full game as well as an extra playable character and the Tao Pai Pai Stick vehicle.
