The Dark Shadows Collection Four is a four-disc set that contains 40 complete, uncut episodes from episodes 210 through 250 on four DVDs with HD quality. This horror/suspense soap opera gained a massive fan following during the original run, from 1966 to 1971, due to captivating story lines that captured the attention of many viewers. These horror/suspense episodes revolve around the story of this 200-year-old vampire who lives in his ancestral home, on his family's manor estate in Collinsport. The Dark Shadows Collection Four begins with the resurrection of imprisoned vampire Barnabas Collins (Jonathan Frid) who finds himself among his dysfunctional descendants. This four-disc set also includes several bonus materials, including interviews with the actors and series creator Dan Curtis, who describes his insight and experiences. The Dark Shadows Collection Four is a revival of the original soap opera and keeps the structure of the picture intact with improved sound and picture quality.
