These modules are used to route control and data between different networks. The 1756-CNB has 40 to 48 Logix Connections. It is a ControlNet communication bridge module for standard media and is used in a ControlNet network. This type of network uses Common Industrial Protocol (CIP) and will allow you to combine an I/O network and a peer-to-peer network. By combining them, you will provide high-speed performance for both network types.
