An ensemble cast, headed by Steve Buscemi (FARGO), stars in this comedy of weird events during one full moonlit night. Bail bondsman Mo Peter (David Proval) is expecting a normal, boring night at the office. Soon, however, an array of offbeat customers begin to file in one after the other. Two clowns, a pretty stripper, and three priests on their way to Africa all end up under the same roof and in front of Mo's desk.
