The modules were listed as new, though showed signs of screws or straps having been previously connected. I've bought dozens of similar modules over decades, so am familiar with their appearance. Maybe they were salvaged from an unused device, I don't know. But, I needed to get a VFD going, so didn't ask about that. They did measure properly, so I installed them, and the drive worked as it should. Whew! A relief.
