I bought when seller sent a discount offer. The seller denied sending an offer. and canceled the order after item was paid for. I learned the order was canceled when ebay sent me a message. Ebay told me seller canceled because there was a problem with my address. There was no problem with my address because my orders from other sellers, minutes earlier and minutes later, had no issues with either payment nor address.

We never sent a "Discount Offer" to the buyer. Ebay's FAULTY programming caused this glitch. Evidently buyer put the item on her "Watchlist" and received an offer that we did NOT Authorize! When we called Ebay to resolve the problem we were instructed to cancel the order using "Problem with buyers address" as the reason so it would cause not a ding on our account for cancelling. This was caused by Ebay not us or the buyer.
We explained to the buyer that Ebay caused this not us.
