    I believe buyers should beware. The purchased item belt and buckle was stated to be sterling but it is NOT. The buyer was informed that that item was incorrectly described significantly diminishing its value. No accommodation was made - ie a rebate reflecting a reduction in price. I was told I could incur my time (which I value) and expense to return the item. The article was shipped in a disposal package that could not be used for any return.
