This could have been due to shipping. However, the seller was very responsive and fair in resolving the issue. I am very impressed by how they were able to make it right. They have integrity. I would trust and buy again from them. As buyers, make sure you are aware of your country’s import and duties because it could be a lot, but it’s not the seller’s responsibility.
