      CRT arrived with right corner bezel cracked. The CRT was packaged in a single box and not double boxed as recommended. Asked seller for a small refund to the cover damage costs but they insisted that it wasn't their fault. They even claimed that I possibly damaged it. I would not recommend this seller.

      Shipping service damaged the item and you know that. Just recently sold and shipped one previously with no issues. But it’s easier to accuse the seller rather than go after the real culprit the shipping service..Was wrapped in bubble wrap, packing paper and foam over 200 positive feedback verifies that as well.
