My only hiccup was that the first time IGI certs were not received for all 3 stones so I returned it. eBay Authentication fell down on the job BIG TIME. The seller was very understanding and accommodating to my requests. I was refunded for this purchase and later repurchased the ring under another ad. The second time I received all 3 certs. It did take a month longer but it was well worth the wait.
