I’ve bought Magazines from other sellers and they all have put a sheet of cardboard on both sides of the magazine. This one came it a pretty thin shipping envelope with some plastic over the magazine itself. But as I said it came in great condition, luckily no damage was done. Shipping costs are determined by weight. Adding cardboard to the envelope increases shipping costs, which would be borne by the buyer.
