There was a very easy to make, honest error in the description when the seller converted the European sizing to American sizing - could happen to anyone. I initiated a return request which was quickly accepted by the seller and I shipped back. I have received my refund. No hesitation to deal with this seller again. In future, if I buy designer shoes or clothing with European sizing, I will check to see the conversion in description is right.
