      A rare, very disappointing ebay experience with this seller. The ordered item did not arrive and, since no despatch details had been supplied, one can only presume it had not been sent. A polite ebay message reporting this and asking when the order might be expected received no response. Why can't a seller encountering a supply problem not be honest and advise this and the transaction can then be amicably resolved? Ebay subsequently promptly refunded payment.
