It has scratches, some black marks, has definitely been used for a long whole and possibly recovered from a recycling station. Quite pricey for very well used PSU, but they are rare. Shipping was quite fast and affordable. I think the description of the object is wrong, it has to be set to Used, not New. The item has gone trough ozone machine, which was nice.
