The seller shipped the item through UPS, but UPS apparently had no way to charge a tariff which I happily would have paid, so returned the item to the seller. Both the seller and I lost out for no good reason. I'm embarrassed to be an American right now and to think we could treat our wonderful Canadian neighbors with so little respect. The seller couldn't have been more gracious.
