The article arrived with bad packaging but the real issue that the HDD trays didn't had any padding between them so most of them bent and got stuck, to remove them I had to apply force and bent them more/break them, I order 2 servers before this one from another seller and never had this issue, also the handles of the case broke during the shipping because there was not enough packaging.
