I contacted vendor who gave me a list of things to try and after exhausting the list the machine showed P00 then P09 errors and would not function. I asked for a refund and they refused stating "I'm really sorry, I can refund you $100 and hope you can keep the product for use. Thank you" I would not buy anything from this vendor again and advise others not to do so.
