Unfortunately this tablet suffers from a common condition with this model in that it will infinitely boot loop on a full battery and will only get through to full operation after letting it run its boot loop and depleting some of the battery charge,then connect to charge and eventually it gets past that. Due to the nature of the device, replacing the battery could turn out to be very costly. But it’s not the sellers fault. A++
