Came undamaged - well packaged - and was easy to set up although I did have a problem connecting to my monitor using a VGA cable which was attached to my old computer. The connecting port on the purchased computer would not accommodate the cable which had worked on my HP SFF computer. Had to purchase a HDMI to get the monitor online. Windows 11 came up smoothly. Monitor occasionally goes black for a few seconds - Co-Pilot said that happens with DELL 5050's and provided fix.
