    The package arrived quickly and the chandelier was as described. I was however very disappointed with the choice of packing material...diapers etc..!!??? I understand the importance of recycling packing materials, but this was not very pleasant to unwrap. Not to call out this seller alone, I have also seen other ebay sellers doing the same thing. Please, refrain and use something more professional. Thank you

    We sincerely apologize for your aversion to our choice of packing material. We discovered new baby diapers were a great packing hack for sharp metal (often rusting) objects.Each sharp edge is individually wrapped.The thick soft center and peel ties guarantee against sliced fingers during unboxing and are inpenetrable, protecting shippers from unexpected jabs.Reams of paper or bubble wrap does the same job but will exponentially increase DIM shipping cost. Please understand.
