New old stock was clearly out!!! I tried to contact seller and made light of the fault. Seller didn't respond. I made contact again noting there could be reasonable instances for not getting back to me but also hinting that seller knew what was wrong and cowardice could be the reason he failed. BIOS updates are a normal part of installing older hardware and are not a sign of fraud or misrepresentation.Instead of working toward a resolution, this buyer resorted to name-calling, insults, and harassment (including calling me a “coward” repeatedly). Sellers should not be subjected to this kind of abusive behavior
